Does anyone know what the cost of the electricity is to recharge
12volt lead acid battery.

Well, this question certainly does look like a pretty strong
contender...

I think this would be a more appropriate place to look: www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx
monitor&doy=26m8

(you're going to have to manually copy-and-paste that link)

RE: Recharge lead acid battery

I think you will have to update your definition of a flamer.

First link:
I do not belive that you intended me as flamer there, for answering
the OPs questions, so you must mean Andy's subject line:
"And the nominations for the "Most Wildly Off-Topic Question" award
are..."

Second link:
The discussion starts with a hijack of another thread, and without
relevant facts for anyone to answer.
The discussion continues in the linked thread a number of days later,
where the previous thread hijacker has suddenly gotten in a hurry to
get a set of implemented functions, based on a request that still
doesn't contain the relevant information for anyone to answer.

It is always considered bad to try and force forum members to
hurry to answer questions.

There is a big difference between asking a question after getting
stuck, and writing posts with need/give me/now/urgent/send
requests.

Note the questions/suggestions I wrote in my second post? Flamers
don't give suggestions - other than of the unprintable kind.

Third link:
Tamir oposes to a thread hijacker who are SCREAMING and asking about
ARM information in someone elses C51 thread - and then gives
advice.

A flamer is someone who gets bombastic and sarcastic and verbally
runs you down. It doesn't take much to set some people off. All you
have to do is look through some of these threads
some examples
here is the last lead acid battery question.

http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread12851.asp

and here is a good example of flaming.
http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread12948.asp
Per Westermark is not being very nice

Thanks scrungy, I suppose I should do the math. reason for Q, i
repair golf trolleys and have about 10 battteries on charge at a
time. Cost of leki going through roof.
bit on the slow side what is a flamer.

I would guess that you could figure it out given the number of amp
hours in the battery, the voltage and compute the watts for that.
Then take your cost of electricity in kw and compute the result.

This of course has nothing to do with C compilers, so I wonder why
you would ask this question, but I'm not a flamer so I won't roast
you for it.
Cheers
