Have you looked at the Keil examples? They contain code to turn
on/off LEDs, and to specify if the I/O ports should be used for input
or output.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
Make sure that you know your tools. Before asking questions on
this forum, to look at the documentation and samples that gets
installed together with the Keil tools. They are there for a
reason.&lt;/p&gt;
