I want to use full internal RAM (0x000-0x06ff) of p89v664 for my
application.I know for this we have to use XDATA memory
type(AUXR=0x03 also).I did this concept already with 89v51. It was
ok.now am using p89v664 for my application .but it is not
resopnding.
Is there any specific settings in keil compiler?how to declare in 'C'
code.

Please suggest me anybody

Nag,
see http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread12810.asp.
the fact that nobody replies yet can be attributed to:
* no one knows.
* you did not provide enough data (you didn't!)
* people don't have time right now.

if you're already into re-posting, why don't you add a clear,
concise description of the problem, with all details included?
