EOS is an open source real time kernel that was originally developed for the Infineon XC167 processor, and is freely available at sourceforge.net/.../eos-xc167-rtos
The following features will be introduced in version 2.2: * The interface rtos_disable_scheduler will be modified so that it prevents interrupts from causing scheduling. * The number of utilized hardware timers will be reduced from 3 to 2. * Hardware timer frequencies will be adjusted to match the required 100[µs] at 40[MHz].
This will be the final release for the C166 family as my interests have shifted towards the ARM architecture.
The new release is expected during June 2008.
