UART0 setup

Hello guys;

I have been working on UART0 setup of LPC2132 for a long time. I have achieved anything yet.Once I loaded a wrong pll setting and put the uc to death.I couldn't reload the correct settings via ISP. Yet, I changed the uc and here I am...However,I am totally confused.

Please do me a favor and send me a code.I use 14.74546Mhz xtall.
