Can the time-slip be less than time which task occupied 
? I think that improve the system&amp;#39;s real time respondency if the slip
decreased.And take more slips to run the SLOW task,right?

With preemptive multitasking, a single job can be splitted into
multiple time slices.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
And higher-prioritized tasks kan break lower-priority tasks to
keep down the response time to critical events.&lt;/p&gt;
