Check the data sheets for ARM devices with embedded ethernet
(LPC2378) and PHY devices.

MII (Media Independent Interface) is a 4-bit interface running
with 25MHz clock.

RMII (Reduced Media Independent Interface) is a 2-bit interface
with 50MHz clock.
