Hi, 
I have 2 different projects. The first on includes the main function,
startup code and a few other functions. The second project includes a
few C-files with functions who is called from main.

Using a scatter file you can specify where object files should be
placed. Define seperate sections of flash in the scatter file and
place the correct obj file(s) in each one.&lt;/p&gt;
