hello everyone. i am learning 8051.
i want code for interfacing stepper motor with 8051 in assembly language and in "C" language can anyone help me????????
thank u.........
yes, well what sort of project you are involved in.i have done the interfacing of stepper motor with 8051.
OK, isn't Jones supposed to be the definitive website on the subject:
www.cs.uiowa.edu/.../
And Silicon Labs have some App Notes all about motors
be nice guys (I confess I was tempted too) the guy is trying his best English.
saqib; nobody will help you with connecting a stepper motor in the form of giving you the code and schematic, that would be 'cheating'
You need to describe in detail what you have done what the problem with it is which components you are using Micro, motor interface etc)
Erik
In what way do you want the stepper motor to help to connect the 8051 to the computer port??
Are you trying to make a robotic plug inserter?!
I think it is easier to connect the 8051 to a computer port with the help of a serial cable.
hello, i want the connection the 8051 through computer port with help of stepper motor
PLEASE SEND E-MAIL TO ME REGARDING ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE PROGRAM
Read majidi or ayla in detail, u will get it
c-learning bacis
do that on the PC, it is so much easier to learn on a unit that 'has it all'
thanx for reply. I know assembly language and c-learning bacis. and practicing codes. I will follow your advise. thank u all

The principles will remain valid - after all, the so-called "bible" is dated 1995, but we don't dismiss that!
However any references to specific chips, as you say, should almost certainly be considered of historical interst only!
Who mentioned 8255...?! ;-)
"i have read much by Craig Steiner ... you can get a glace at his style here www.8052.com/tutorial.phtml "
And you can buy his book here: http://www.8052.com/book/
here i mention MUHAMMAD ALI MAZIDI JANICE GILLISPIE MAZDI ROLIN D. McKINLAY second edition PEARSON EDUCATION
still an ancient text (copyright 2000).
I have not read the book, but i have read much by Craig Steiner and think his book might be a better choice.
you can get a glace at his style here www.8052.com/tutorial.phtml
sorry for the stupidity I did not mention the author and publication
