Are Keil ARM tools [C-ARM and keil IDE] supports
c++ types and features.. like
class, inheritance, polymorphisom etc..

The RealView compiler is a full-featured ISO standard C++
compiler. It supports everything including Templates.

What revision of the standard?
For 'C', is that C89, or C99?
Similarly, I don't think I've ever seen it clearly stated what
revision the C51 compiler follows...
The RealView Compiler is ANSI C99. All other Keil Compilers are
C90 with some language extensions. See:
