Am using KEIL uvision evalution software to learn this.

Take a look to the Blinky example in the folder: c:\keil\arm\rv30\boards\keil\mcb2130.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

the standard Philips Startup.S file in the folder ..\Startup\Philips should work just fine.&lt;br /&gt;
