Can Cx51 simulate 8051 chip (memory, port,..)? If possible, can it simulate with asm code?? If impossible, does keil have tools to do this? Thanks.
Simulation isn't done by Cx51 (for reasons that really should be obvious). It's done by uVision, the IDE. Did you even consider having a look at the manuals (or the website) before asking this question?
Hello, It's the first time I use Keil's products. I can not distinguish uVision, C51, Mon51, etc.. When I setup keil, it create too many things and I dont know what to do, that why I post such a poor thread. Anyway, if you are experiment in using Keil, can you give me introductions, dont laught at me. Thanks.
"It's the first time I use Keil's products ... can you give me introductions" Start by reading the uVision Getting Started Guide, and work through the example projects in it. This will give you a proper introduction to the tools, what they do, and how to use them. There is also an introductory video presentation on the free CD: https://www.keil.com/demo/cdrom.asp The Keil tools are not trivial (no software development is); you cannot expect to just install the tools and then dive straight in!
