i want to do image processing application such as zooming ,flipping ,-veing,splitting,rotating,saving in to ram and recalling that from ram.In 8051 c keil cross compiler but keil dosnt support graphics appliaction so is it possible to developed

RE: image processing

Dear all,

8051 is controller, its design for control application.

if you want to do image processing, please go for FPGA or CPLD.

please have a look web site http://www.xess.com, you will fine best hardware for image processing application.

Keil's is an ANSI 'C' compiler - so, if you can do it in ANSI 'C', you can compile it with the Keil compiler.

And, of course, everything you say can be written in ANSI 'C'.

HOWEVER, the question you need to ask yourself is: do you actually have suitable 8051-based target hardware to actually run all this stuff?
It's pointless writing & compiling it if you don't have suitable target hardware to run it!!
