Thanks Jim & Al. I have reviewed KEIL products and have discussed with their sales contact. I also downloaded their software. I am on my way to Barnes & Nobles to get the books you recommended. I already got the book 'Embedded System Design on a Shoestring' by Lewin Edwards from a friend. Given the choice of books, which one would you recommend me to start with? Thank You again. Regards, Aslam

I suggest getting ahold of the following books: 1.)ARM system-on-chip architecture (ISBN:0-201-67519-6) by Steve Furber. 2.)Architecture Reference Manual (ISBN:0-201-73719-1) by David Seal. 3.)MicroC/OS-II The Real Time Kernel by Jean J. Labrosse (ISBN:1-57820-103-9).
