"Coship General purpose USB driver w/ Keil monitor (ezmon.sys)"

It actually sounds like an instruction to a PC application developer, with the rather clumsy "coship" be used to mean "ship together with"; so my guess at the translation is:

"[remember to] ship the 'General Purpose USB Driver' along with the Keil monitor (ezmon.sys)"

As you presumably have the tools before you, your guess is probably better than mine as to what "The General Purpose USB driver" might be!

Or maybe your application/tool developer forgot to follow this advice - which is why you see this message?

Whatever, I think you need to contact your application/tool developer for support on this.

RE: Error message

Two things to consider:

1) from what you wrote, it's not at all clear that this is an error message. It's a message, but not necessarily one indicating that something must be wrong. Indeed, it look just like the usual "banner" message software vendors like to have their products output for marketing reasons...

2) The message may not even have anything particular to do with Keil. It looks like this is some special driver supplied with the EZ-USB kit.
