128K internal FLASH.

I am able to use the Keil target driver to program internal FLASH using the "load" button un uv2, but only if my program is smaller then 0x2000 bytes. thanks for your feedback.
It is interesting for me to know the problem is solved.

Yes, according to Keil, this problem has been fixed in 4.27 but I haven't had time to test it. As a work around I removed a bunch of code that was not needed to test what I'm currently working on. At some point I'll add the code back and find out for sure.

I hadn't thought of using memtool, that would have been a better alternative.

Thanks,

May be you can solve it with version V4.27.
I have not tested about such a code size, but I was not able to use the driver in V4.26A.

If it would solve your problem try the
MEMTOOL V3.2.6A you can find at infineon web page under product / micro 16-bit
Appnotes.

It works really fine and programs the micro via bootstraploader mode.
