Does Keil have any phone-in support any more?

Does anyone know whether Keil/ARM has phone-in support any more, or is it just 'submit a case' on their site and use the back and forth email scheme for hopefully helpful answers?  I've used their products for 25+ years and they have always been pretty good at phone-in support.   I get the yearly maintenance every year, mainly for being able to phone in a question or 2 every year.  But, over the past several weeks, nobody ever answers and you are prompted to leave a message.  You actually get 'Welcome to Keil support...please wait for the next available person'...it never happens...and about 2 minutes later, you get please leave a message.

Anybody know?  Thanks.
