Does anyone know whether Keil/ARM has phone-in support any more, or is it just 'submit a case' on their site and use the back and forth email scheme for hopefully helpful answers? I've used their products for 25+ years and they have always been pretty good at phone-in support. I get the yearly maintenance every year, mainly for being able to phone in a question or 2 every year. But, over the past several weeks, nobody ever answers and you are prompted to leave a message. You actually get 'Welcome to Keil support...please wait for the next available person'...it never happens...and about 2 minutes later, you get please leave a message.
Anybody know? Thanks.

I used the 800-648-0251 number. Nobody has answered for over a week. At least when I called.
I just checked and that support number 800-648-0251 is working properly, but we're working with a new call handling system, and we have people on vacation this week so some calls will go to voicemail when we get busy. Please don't hesitate to leave a message, and we'll call you back.
