8051uC C/SystemC model

Dear madam/sir,

I am looking for a C/SystemC model of the 8051uC hardware (m8051ew from Mentor) that I can use for system simulations.

Does Keil/ARM provide such a model?

If not, does anybody know where I can find such a model?
