I was linked from Intel (Altera) webpage to get DS-5 Community Edition activation code for Intel SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite from:
https://developer.arm.com/products/software-development-tools/ds-5-development-studio/editions/customized-editions/intel-soc-fpga/community-edition
In step 2, as copied from the page:
"
Choose "Add License...", and enter your Activation Code displayed on this page to obtain a license.
I don't see where the code is throughout the page, could you point me where is it displayed?
Hi Stephen,
Any new about this problem?
Because I need to compile some code.
Emmanuel
Hi Nouchi,
I work at Arm. I also see the Activation Code missing from https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/embedded/legacy-tools/ds-5-development-studio/editions/customized-editions/vybrid/vybrid-tower-starter-kit
I've reported this internally and hope to bring you more news on this soon.
Stephen
Hello,
For Vybrid edition, activation code is still broken, even logged in with Chrome for mobile.
regards
I am also having this issue with Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE on PC. Thanks to rk2018 for suggesting using mobile browser!
Thanks, for cheeking up for me. I already made a support ticket asking help for the activation.--------I received a email from support saying that they fixed webpage. it appears now on it.
The last time I got this to work was only when (A) I was logged in (B) I used a chrome browser on my mobile phone.
However I tried that combination again today (to check for you) - but no code came up.
I think perhaps it is not broken but designed deliberately this way. In which case maybe you should email ARM and get it via email from them directly?
I have the same problem too, edge, chrome, internet explorer and no activation code :(
Same problem again today.
Is the activation code display broken again? I cannot see the image on IE, firefox or chrome(onmobile)
I have the same problem today. No code is show on the right hand side? It is like an image gets blocked maybe?
Would it be possible to ask ARM (or a machine at ARM) to email me the code?
I am using firefox on windows7 64bit
Mine is Windows 10 Enterprise, but I cant see that making any difference.
I will forward this issue to our WEB team so they are aware (the HTML code is rather trivial for that part of the page, but CSS less so!).
At least you can see the Activation Code in other browsers - phew!
Thanks for you help, Tony.
Im working on Windows 10 Home, Version 1709, Build 16299.125
How about host OS? I'm on WIndows 10.
That is strange indeed. Im using the same version: 57.0.2 (64-Bit).
This is strange. I am using FireFox 57.0.2 (64-bit) and I can see it fine. What version are you using?
