DS-5 License error

Hi,

I have downloaded "DS500-BN-00022-r5p0-26rel2.zip" and installed in windows 7 professional (64-bit) OS. Installation is successful, but when I try to get 30-day trial license file, license manager giving "Unable to execute remote query (Response code 503) after entering account details. I am able to login to arm community with same account.

Attachment contains the screen-shot of the error. Please let me know how to solve this error.
