We are getting this error when trying to create a new platform in Development Studio 2020. We have proprietary hardware and would like to use the Platform Configuration Editor to scan the processor which is attached to a DSTREAM-ST jtag probe.
We have purchased a license and installed the Silver edition.
We were previously using the DS-5 software successfully with the probe until our license expired. I have installed the latest DSTREAM firmware through the Development Studio GUI.
The host system is not connected to the Internet, could that cause a problem?
