30day license file inacvtive

After install development studio 2019.1 , I get a license file

~/.arm/ds/licenses/DS000-EV-31030.lic

but  return message at build project is

>> ARMLMD_LICENSE_FILE=~/.arm/ds/licenses

>> can't find licese file.  set currect filepath

and I try to midify envioment

>> ARMLMD_LICENSE_FILE=/home/xxx/.arm/ds/licenses

return mesage is

>> no match host ID in license file ....

why my license is inactive ??

    OK i'm cleared.the license file is text, and watch a host ID

    >>  HOSTID = xxxxxx890b2d

    Thats different from my MAC address !!!!

    Maybe HOSTID was saved in an another place,and its alway used. I change my MAC address to the saved value. Then the compile error disappeared.
