ARM compiler 6 is not compatible with 32- bit machines. How do i overcome this problem.

ARM Compiler 6.00 is not supported on 32-bit machines... referring to the installation instructions in the Release Notes:
ARM Compiler 6.00 is supported on the following host platforms:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 64-bit
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 64-bit
Ubuntu Desktop Edition 12.04 LTS 64-bit
Windows 7 64-bit
Windows 8 64-bit
Windows 2012 Server 64-bit
