Can't get trial for DS-5 with error: " Server Error (500) "

I'm trying to get trial license with activation code but always have this error:

.<h1>Server Error (500)</h1>

This error happened when login to arm server.

What I'm doing wrong?

    Hello Alex,

    Thank you for your message.

    We are currently experiencing technical issues with our license servers. The issue has been escalated, I'll keep you posted with any progress.

    In the mean time, if you send me a private message we'd be more than willing to generate a temporary license for you. To do so we will need to know your MAC address.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.
