xPack GNU Arm Embedded GCC v9.3.1-1.1 released

The xPack GNU Arm Embedded GCC is an alternate binary distribution that complements the official GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain maintained by Arm.

The latest release is v9.3.1-1.1 (https://xpack.github.io/blog/2020/07/03/arm-none-eabi-gcc-v9-3-1-1-1-released/)

Starting with this version, full support for 32/64-bit Arm GNU/Linux platforms, like Raspberry Pi, was added.
