How to get instruction count on MPS3 board for Cortex R52x2 I can't find anything in the documentation. ?
The MPS3 FPGA document for Cortex-R52x2 may not include the instruction count information.

It can be up to 8 cores but we can see 2 X1+ 6 A78 at 7W with 15-18W boost (max performance)
