Hi,
I am trying to download the Base Platform FVP from here https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/simulation-models/fixed-virtual-platformsThen I get forwarded to the Silver Platform: https://silver.arm.com/browse/FE000-KT-00001On this page I only ever see the following error:
"Access Denied EC
You do not have access to this area of the site, please contact support-connect@arm.com regarding this issue"
I wrote to the support team and got a ticket notification, however, my experience with the support tickets is that I receive the notification "your case has been reassigned to another supp..." and then nothing happens.So I'd rather try to get some help from here which worked out before pretty good :)

have you completed the registration on the Arm website? the instructions for this are towards the top of the FVP page on Developer under the "Download FVPs" heading.
