where to get the fvp based android device profile?

hello, experts

I am tring to run android on fvp. I notice that the "5518.armplat_5F00_1901.py" project only supply the  prebuild  of ramdisk.img and a fvp.img(flash image). I wanna know how to get the android device profile source code which can build out the ramdisk and system image in an Android project for fvp platform.
