 recently I wanted to use a brand new Topaz image processing program on my PC. 
 Could not because of an OPENGL error saying OpenGL 3.3+ needed ! 
 As you can see on screenshot, the version detected is much earlier.

Most vendors will list the level of OpenGL support on the product pages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
