Mobile Studio is designed for profiling single applications on commercial smartphones, so rooted system-wide profiling is not supported.
You need to follow the User Guide instructions for unrooted Android profiling, in particular packaging the interceptor inside your application rather than trying to load it from the system partition.
Note that there is currently one Known Issue related to tracing on Android.
