I found strange behavior when I set an IRQ priority to 31. The interrupt seems to not preempt anything, as if it were masked. Is it normal? The IRQ with priority levels < 31 behaves as expected.
Can someone explain what is it happening in this case? What is the priority level of SWI trigged with an SVC for example?
