Buffer Depth of UART in Arm cortex M7 processor

The ARM Cortex-M7 processor does not have any internal UART.

Are you instead looking at a chip which includes both an ARM Cortex-M7 and a UART ?

If so you would need to contact the supplier of that chip, or hopefully you would see the UART described in the chip's datasheet.
