Emulator for ARM Cortex m4

Hi,

I'm working on a project using Texas Instruments cc3200 SoC where the MCU Arm Cortex M4 is used and I'm thinking if it's possible to create a virtual platform of this cc3200 that can be used as a testbench for the cc3200. To accomplish this, it's of course necessary to have an emulator of the arm cortex m4 that can be used in the testbench. Does it exist an emulator/virtualization of the Arm Cortex m4 (or m0-m3), either open source or something that arm can provide?
