You will need to be an experienced embedded firmware developer, with in-depth understanding of the USB protocols.
The Host Controller part has nothing to do with ARM - it will be the particular chip manufacturer's proprietary IP.
Therefore, you will need to consult the chip manufacturer's documentation, and contact the chip manufacturer if you want additional support.
