Which arm processor has the largest number or cores?
I think this chip from IBM must be a contender

not ARM I'm afraid! I guess the answer really comes down to exactly what you mean by a core

mbenson asked for arm processor. It's not in the title/subject, it's in the body and in small case.
The processor cores in this “brain-like” chip are not ARM, but are not IBM's POWER architecture either. These 4,096 processor cores are neural network processors.
Nevertheless, with neuromorphic computing and Carver Mead, the article is interesting.
