Which arm processor has the largest number or cores?
Hi mbenson,
Last February 23, EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. introduced the TILE-Mx multicore processor family. EZchip's TILE-Mx100 integrates 100 ARMv8-A 64-bit ARM Cortex®-A53 cores into a single chip.
EZchip Introduces TILE-Mx100 World's Highest Core-Count ARM® Processor Optimized for High-Performance Networking Applications
I don't know if this is the highest number of ARM core in a single chip as of today. Still, we have to know which has the most number of ARM cores in a package or module. Note also from the Availability section of the press release:
The TILE-Mx is scheduled to sample in the second half of 2016.
