I would like to know how to initialize DCISW reg..
Not only to write zero to this reg, I guess.

You mean the Data Cache Invalidate by Set/Way register? If so, it's a write-only register, you're not expected to initialize it. If you did write 0, you'd be invalidating line 0 of way 0.
