Anil Kumar Baratam

Anil is working as Principal Design Engineer at Arm, Bangalore. Anil has filed 9 patents. His interests are focused on logic circuit design for power, performance and area optimization; arithmetic circuit optimization for ML/ GPU cores, Soft error mitigation of Auto/Infrastructure products, DTCO for sub-7nm logic library development and Standard cell-RTL co-optimization in modern ARM cores. Anil has completed his Masters from IIT Bombay in 2008. He started his career with TSMC, Taiwan as Standard cell engineer. Later he joined ARM in 2013 just after a short stint at Texas Instruments.
Dr. Anuj Grover

Dr. Anuj Grover pursued B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, MS in Electronic Circuits and Systems from University of California, San Diego, USA, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He is presently Associate Dean of Innovation, Research and Design and teaches at IIIT Delhi. Before joining IIIT Delhi Dr. Grover worked with STMicroelectronics for over 18 years and has led large teams on multi-million dollar projects.His research interests include Memory Design, Digital Circuits and System Design, Safety and Security in hardware, and inventive problem solving methods.
Amit Chhabra

Amit Chhabra has 20+ years of experience in memory design, path-finding Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) in stacked CFET technologies, radiation hardening techniques and FIT rate estimation, physical system architecture definition of CPU+GPU systems for high end mobiles, Adaptive Voltage Scaling (AVS) sub-system IPs, and silicon debug. He published 9 papers in IEEE conferences/journals including the prestigious VLSI symposium and Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), 4 papers in EDA conferences, 6 papers in global internal conferences, filed 21 US patents, and delivered an invited talk at an IEEE conference. He was honored with multiple awards, including Inventor of the Year Award at Arm Corporate Level, Gold & Silver Awards at ST Corporate Level for his projects, best leader and best performer in his groups, etc. Amit did his B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 2002.

Deepak Yeggina has been with Arm for the past decade and a half. Deepak has been working in the areas of Functional Verification of Arm IP developing tools that can generate random scenarios to verify the IP. This has led him to work in the areas of Arm architecture and system software.
Ish Dham

Ish is a Distinguished Engineer at Arm in the Architecture and Technology group. With a background in Computer Science, Ish comes with a strong passion for Computer Architecture. He has been involved in the design and validation of high quality processors and SoCs spanning multiple domains. Currently, Ish is driving the machine readable specifications strategy for Arm architecture. As part of this strategy, Arm is endeavouring to provide as much of the specification as possible in a structured machine readable fashion besides the standard document format. Through this, we hope to enable innovation in both hardware and software design that relies on accurate interpretation of the architecture.

Lyla B Das has been teaching at NIT Calicut since 37 years, handling subjects like Micro Processors and Micro Controllers, Embedded systems and recently Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She is author of a number of textbooks on Microprocessors and Microcontrollers and embedded systems published by Pearson Education.She holds a Masters Master of Engineering (M.S)by research from NIT Calicut and Bachelors of Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. She is passionate about teaching and has influenced a lot of her students to choose careers in the semiconductor industry.

Earlier, he has also worked as an intern at Intel Labs, Hillsboro.
His research Interests are broadly in the areas of power and performance efficient and reliable Network-on-Chip (NoC) communication fabrics, Heterogeneous System Architectures (HSA), hardware for deep learning, low cost bio-sensors for preventive healthcare.
Dr. Sumit J. Darak

Dr. Sumit J. Darak received his BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Pune University and PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2013. He is an Associate Professor at IIITD. Earlier, he has worked at TCS. He pursued postdoctoral research at Université Europèenne de Bretagne and Supélec, France.
He works on design and implementation of multistandard wireless communication receivers as well as application of machine learning algorithms and decision making policies for various wireless communication applications.
