I'm a seasoned Analog/Digital hardware engineering. I'm looking at a modest application of the 144 pin NXP K10P144M120F3 (MK10FX5212VLQ12).
In our system the ARM will get into state were it just overheats without any voltage overload on any pin. It will get very hot. Current in this states is not known yet.
We see this problem starting with change from PCB 4 layers to 6 layer board. Planes mainly changing else where on the board.
CPU performs CAN and SPI sensor related functions.
Has anyone seen this part power up locked in some, maybe overclocked state?
