arm m0 IP scan接口问题

M0 在使用时有两个scan IO 接口，分别为

.SE

.RSTBYPASS

这两个IO在芯片scan mode下需要做特别处理吗？我们能否把它当成普通的数字IP直接进行top级的scan 呢？谢谢！

如果进行top级的scan,能否把这里的SE置0， RSTBYPASS也置0？
