I'm not actually familiar with keil, I'm from a different part of Arm, but looks like there's a Getting Started guide on here: https://www2.keil.com/mdk5/docs - but I can't see any Chinese language docs, so might need to work out translation...
I'll see if I can find someone from the Keil team to see if they have any appropriate documentation.
