请问 Memory Access 左上角的数字单位是什么是字节还是page

Memory access 左上角是250M 但是没有写单位是 page(4k/page)还是字节？请问有文档说明的吗？

另外我的demo是写了每隔1秒中进行1G字节的memcpy的，怎么在图中最高峰只有250M的？

我的设备是 pixel2
