China Central Television (CCTV) visited ARM HQ in Cambridge on 27th September 2013 to film the campus, demos and interview Peter Hutton (ARM EVP and President Product Groups) for its ‘Light of Science’ programme. The show was broadcasted as a series of two on 23rd and 24th December 2013 on CCTV Channel 10. You can view the programme as follow. ARM features from 9’ 15 to 14’20.
The ‘Light of Science’ Programme is the most popular science programme in China, with audiences drawn from an ABC1 background. The ‘Light of Science’ is an accessible, non-technical show that takes a high-level view of contemporary trends, companies and phenomena. A suitable Western comparison would be the BBC’s ‘Tomorrow’s World’ programme.
