Research Collaborations: How Our Partners Can and Are Helping Arm Address Global Challenges - Andrea Kells, Arm

This talk was presented at the virtual Arm Research Summit, September 9-11, 2020. This year's event explored global technology challenges across sustainability, security, and society, and attracted delegates from around the world for three days of innovative content.

Arm supports the research community in multiple different ways. This talk explores the mutual benefits of collaboration, using two current examples. In the SMARTER project, we are exploring the use of cloud-native technology and methodologies in edge environments in order to evaluate their effectiveness at scale, in collaboration with US universities and Argonne National Laboratory. And in PlasticArmPit, we are working with a range of UK partners to accelerate the development of flexible integrated smart systems.

We hope to see you at the Arm Research Summit 2021, set to take place in the UK. Visit arm.com/summit to stay up to date and register your interest to attend or submit your work!
