Despite the global pandemic and its wide-spread impacts, we recognize that your projects are still ongoing, and we are invested in making sure that you are successful with your Arm-based designs. Over the past 12 months we have been busy delivering our support and training services remotely, which is proving to be just as effective and useful for our partners as face-to-face.
To give you an idea, we delivered 64 virtual private training courses between October and December 2020. We trained more than 1,650 students, which is almost half of all students trained in 2019. We have also completed 5 Design Reviews remotely in the last quarter. On the topic of Design Reviews, we recently launched a new RTL Verification Design Review in collaboration with Mentor, as well as an ISP Tuning Design Review.

All the support and training services previously mentioned were through Service Tokens. As a reminder, Service tokens are a quick and flexible way for you to get the help you need, when you need it. They can be exchanged for either training on all of Arm’s products and technologies, Design Reviews which provide expert reviews at key project stages, or additional customized support. You don't have to decide straight away what support or training you might need in the future; a bit like gift vouchers, you can spend your Tokens when you need them most.
The good news is that Arm Flexible Access comes with 15 Tokens included in the Standard Tier, but you can also buy Service Tokens if you do not have any included in your package. So, remote delivery of our support and training services is possible, just as effective, and even cheaper.
