Arm’s new Support Hub is coming soon!

2 minute read time.

You might have heard that we are launching a new Support Hub on developer.arm.com. This new hub makes it easier for you to open and manage support cases for technical problems and ask questions about your Arm IP. This is part of a broader plan to centralize and enhance your digital services from Arm (more on this coming soon!).

We are pleased to tell you that in the next few months the new system will be ready for you to use, and here is a sneak peek at some of the things you can expect:

  • All your existing support cases on http://support.developer.arm.com/ are visible in the new system. We will be setting up redirects so that any existing links will redirect you automatically to the new location. Some links might take a few days to be activated, so if you do not see your case immediately, please wait, and try again.
  • You will use the same Arm Account credentials to log on, so there is no need for you to re-register.
  • You will still have the choice whether to use the Support Hub or email to interact with Arm on your support case. All our support email addresses continue to work. However, we recommend you raise your case initially on the Support Hub, as it gives you access to the developer.arm.com knowledgebase. Because we'll have all the information upfront, it may also mean that we can get you an answer quicker.
  • All communication from our Application Engineers on your case will be via email, and you will receive emails with the full written response. Therefore, we will be removing the existing Arm Account notification preferences (full text, link only, or no email).
  • Finally, we have listened to your feedback, and we are pleased to say that rich text and in-line images are going to be available on the new system.

We will be in touch directly once the system is live. In the meantime, if you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to get in touch. You can also refer to the following pages for more information about managing your Arm support cases:
