Wow – day 2 was even busier than day 1! I had lines (queues) of people asking about PSoC and requesting demos of PSoC Creator. I am sure it was due to my engaging style and insightful commentary… and nothing to do with the free prototyping kits we were giving away. Yeah, I know.

The CY8CKit-049 Prototyping Kits are a pair of low cost prototyping platforms for customers wishing to test and develop applications using the PSoC 4 device family. If you are new to PSoC I recommend getting the CY8CKIT-049-42xx because it has more digital resources than 41xx kit and costs the same.

The kits plug into your PC USB port and support connectivity through the Cypress USB-Serial controllerand the Bootloader Host tool. They look like a great tool to use with a breadboard so I hid a couple for myself

My friend Bob Marlowe stopped by the booth today. He’s a great PSoC advocate and it’s always good to catch up with him at this show. I took a thirty second break from my demo station to have a silly photo taken…

So, that’s day 2 in the bag. Tomorrow is “student day” so I’m hoping they will bring us presenters a bit of youthful energy. Or will I just feel old?
